Centre Stage Theatre Academy (CSTA) – Terms and Conditions
By enrolling your child at Centre Stage Theatre Academy (CSTA), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acceptance of Rules
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the rules and policies of Centre Stage Theatre Academy, as published on the CSTA website. -
Class Enrolment and Communication
I understand that I am required to download the Class Manager app and enrol my child in the appropriate classes. All official communications regarding classes, schedules, and updates will be sent through this platform. -
Online Provision During Lockdown
In the event of a national or local lockdown, classes will continue online via Zoom. No refunds, reductions, or credits will be offered for any classes moved online. -
Payment of Fees
I agree to pay the monthly fees as invoiced for the first month and thereafter by regular monthly payments, spread over twelve (12) months, payable on the 1st day of each month.-
Late or non-payment may result in my child being unable to attend classes until payment has been received in full.

Any payment received more than seven (7) days after the due date will incur a 10% late payment fee.

Unpaid late fees will be added to the next month’s invoice.

Any outstanding fees may be subject to recovery through legal action, for which I will be liable for any reasonable costs incurred by CSTA in seeking recovery.

Missed Sessions
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for missed sessions. However, students may attend an equivalent class on another day, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Notice Period and Fee Calculation
Notice must be given before the start of the month. Any notice received on or after 9:00 a.m. on the first day of the month will be treated as having been given the following month. In this case, the regular monthly fee for that month will still be charged in full, and the notice period will begin from the first day of the next month.
As fees are spread equally over 12 months to cover 39 weeks of teaching, during the notice period we will calculate the balance between the number of weeks paid and the number of weeks taught. Any difference will be charged or refunded as needed.
Please note that the notice payment itself is separate and is not counted towards the calculation of weeks paid or weeks taught.
Exclusivity Clause
By signing this registration form, I acknowledge that CSTA must be the only local performing arts school my child attends. This restriction applies specifically to schools offering similar classes to those provided by CSTA.

For example, a student enrolled in ballet at CSTA may not attend a tap or modern class at another school if CSTA offers the same discipline.

If it is discovered that a student is attending another school offering similar classes, CSTA reserves the right to terminate the student’s enrolment immediately, and no refund will be issued.
