Aerial Hoop

Following the Aerial Arts syllabus, Aerial Hoop at Centre Stage offers a unique blend of strength, flexibility, and artistry, allowing students to explore performance in the air as well as on the ground. While we do not currently offer a dedicated weekly class, Aerial Hoop is integrated into our Acro training periodically, as well as featured in special workshops and summer school programmes. This approach gives students the opportunity to experience the thrill and challenge of aerial work in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Aerial Hoop develops exceptional upper body and core strength, flexibility, and body control, as well as confidence and creativity in movement. Students learn to perform beautiful poses, dynamic tricks, and flowing transitions, all while focusing on correct technique and safe practice. Our progressive teaching ensures that each skill is mastered step-by-step, reducing risk of injury and building long-term ability.

Incorporating Aerial Hoop into our training not only enhances a performer’s versatility but also adds a striking, crowd-pleasing element to their repertoire. Whether explored as part of Acro or during special events, Aerial Hoop is a thrilling way to expand performance skills and build both physical and artistic strength.
